Belsay & Carpenter Rd. intersection project begins 

GENESEE TWP., Mich. – The Genesee County Road Commission will begin making upgrades to the Belsay Rd. and Carpenter Rd. intersection on Monday, October 20 by adding signage, flashing beacons, and pavement markings. There will be flaggers directing traffic while the pavement markings are being placed and there will be future shoulder closures. Motorists should allow additional time to reach their destination.
