Case 2024-05 – Special Exception Use Permit/Site Plan Review for the property located at 5011 & 5023 E. Mt. Morris Rd. Parcels 11-02-551-015 and 11-02-300-09. Owner 2525 MM&D Property LLC – Himani Dutta. Current zoning of both parcels is C-1 Neighborhood Commercial. Owner would like to put in a gas station. Per Attorney Odette – A gasoline service station is a Use Permitted by Special Exception in C-1 Neighborhood Commercial.
