Notice to Auction Township Property
PUBLIC NOTICE FOR AUCTION OF TOWNSHIP PROPERTY
The Charter Township of Genesee has received notice of Intent to Purchase the following Township owned parcels:
Parcel 1:
11-19-503-140 (1302 E. Yale, Flint, Mi 48505) Minimum bid amount $250.00
Parcel 2:
11-19-551-224 (E. Downey, Flint, Mi 48505) Minimum bid amount $500.00
Bidding Process:
Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Genesee Township Clerk’s Office located at 7244 N. Genesee Road, Genesee, Mi 48437. Sealed bids shall contain the bid amount and parcel #. Parcels are being sold as is, and via QUIT CLAIM DEED. The Township cannot and will not guarantee clear title.
***Purchaser agrees to pay filing fee of $35.00***
Bids will be accepted beginning June 15th – June 30th at 5:00PM.
Bids shall be opened at the July 14th Township Board Meeting.
