AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE
NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq., as amended; the “Federal Act”); Part 31, Water Resources Protection, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended (NREPA); Part 41, Sewerage Systems, of the NREPA; and Michigan Executive Order 2019-06,Genesee Charter Township, 7244 North Genesee Road PO Box 215 Genesee, MI 48437 is authorized to discharge from the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) designated as Genesee Twp MS4-Genesee to surface waters of the state of Michigan in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in this permit.
